# Service availability

> Code availability, provider approval and deployment are separate.

The repository implements the APIs listed in the reference. That does not mean every operation is enabled on the currently deployed host.

| Capability | Implementation | Live dependency |
| - | - | - |
| Scoped service keys and tenant checks | Implemented and tested | Management provisioning and current deployed version |
| Dedicated template messaging | Implemented and fake-provider tested | Valid Meta app/WABA, dedicated ready sender, opt-in, approved template, rate and wallet |
| Shared Verify | Implemented, including Sandbox and expiry/attempt controls | Meta approval for the shared multi-business model; reviewed approved copy-code authentication template; platform number; rate and explicit enablement |
| Shared Notify | Implemented, including attributed drafts and Sandbox | Meta approval for shared transactional use; verified organization identity; approved Utility template; platform number; rate and explicit enablement |
| Signed customer webhook delivery | Implemented and tested | Enabled delivery plus public HTTPS receiver and SSRF-safe network egress |
| AI agents | Dashboard offering | Monthly plan and model/provider enablement; no developer AI endpoints |

An HTTP 503 with a policy/provider message is a real gate, not a request to retry aggressively. Shared Verify must follow Meta's authentication template restrictions; Sendlyy does not add organization branding or a platform footer to authentication content. Notify uses a separate server-attributed Utility template.

Do not assume a WhatsApp number is ready because it exists in inventory. Physical custody, ownership verification, Cloud API registration, display-name approval, allocation and business eligibility are distinct checks.

Unsolicited inbound messages on shared numbers are not automatically answered or routed to customers. Shared products currently expose outbound delivery metadata only; they do not provide shared inbox conversations or shared AI agents.

This documentation site is repository-managed and published through Mintlify. Custom-domain DNS/TLS setup remains separate, and published documentation does not guarantee that the same API version or gated provider service is live. Verify the deployed API version before distributing launch examples.
